Aun as\u00ed, no todas las acciones de marketing directo se reciben del mismo modo y tienen los mismos efectos.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan un estudio realizado en <a href=\"https:\/\/thedma.org\/\"><em>Data and Marketing Association<\/em><\/a> dejan claro que cuando re buscan resultados con el marketing directo, la clave est\u00e1 en el <strong><em>email marketing<\/em><\/strong>. Este es el canal favorito de los consumidores, que prefieren recibir los mensajes de las marcas a trav\u00e9s de esos canales y que los ven, por lo tanto, de un modo m\u00e1s positivo de lo que lo hacen con otros formatos y otros canales.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed seg\u00fan los datos del estudio previamente mencionado, el <em>46%<\/em> de los consumidores prefiere el email, un porcentaje que es adem\u00e1s m\u00e1s elevado que el de los siguientes canales preferidos en marketing directo. De hechos los consumidores pr\u00e1cticamente doblan en su preferencia por los correos electr\u00f3nicos a los siguientes canales de comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El correo electr\u00f3nico es el canal de marketing directo m\u00e1s popular, con un <em>46%<\/em> que prefiere el correo electr\u00f3nico, casi el doble que cualquier otro canal. La publicaci\u00f3n qued\u00f3 en segundo lugar con <em>26%<\/em>, con <em>24%<\/em> para texto o comunicaci\u00f3n cara a cara.<\/p>\n<p>Sea como sea, lo que estos porcentajes dejan claro y lo que dice el orden de preferencias de los consumidores es que, para los potenciales clientes, los mensajes mejor recibidos son aquellos que pueden ellos mismos determinar cu\u00e1ndo enfrentarse a ellos. Esto es, una llamada de tel\u00e9fono obliga a responder aqu\u00ed y ahora, pero en el caso de los correos electr\u00f3nicos se puede quedar en la bandeja de entrada para un momento m\u00e1s oportuno.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Cu\u00e1ntos mails reciben los consumidores<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El peso de las marcas en la bandeja de entrada de los correos personales de los consumidores es de hecho bastante elevada. Los consumidores reconocen que han recibido durante 2019 unos 55 mails por semana. Son menos de los que recibieron en los a\u00f1os precedentes (73 en 2017), pero en esa cuenta las marcas tienen un peso importante. Tanto que un <em>56%<\/em> asegura que la mitad de los mails que recibieron de forma habitual cada semana ven\u00edan de marcas y empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque el correo electr\u00f3nico parece la opci\u00f3n preferida y aunque los consumidores parecen bastante receptivos de entrada a que las marcas lo empleen, las compa\u00f1\u00edas deber\u00edan hilar muy fino con qu\u00e9 hacen y por qu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Solo un <em>13%<\/em> de los consumidores considera que m\u00e1s de la mitad de los mails que recibi\u00f3 durante el a\u00f1o precedente le resultaron \u00fatiles un <em>57%<\/em>, sin embargo, apunta que recibir demasiados correos fue la raz\u00f3n que le llev\u00f3 a desuscribirse de algunas listas de correo.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Qu\u00e9 esperamos del email marketing<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las compa\u00f1\u00edas tienen que trabajar de forma clara y efectiva el c\u00f3mo posicionan sus campa\u00f1as y el qu\u00e9 teclas pulsan con ellas, ajustando bien las frecuencias y el uso de listas de correo. Tambi\u00e9n necesitan comprender qu\u00e9 piezas clave logran la atenci\u00f3n de los consumidores y una reacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Los consumidores esperan de forma clara ciertas cuestiones de las campa\u00f1as de email marketing y quieren que las compa\u00f1\u00edas est\u00e9n a la altura de esas expectativas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[dropcap]L[\/dropcap]os consumidores prefieren que las marcas les manden correos antes que otros formatos de mensajes &nbsp;
